Room was clean, service was good. Laundry service was good. Breakfast buffet was average. If you want to use the pool you need to bring a special swimming costume or buy it at the hotel, normal swimsuit is not allowed.

The room showed during booking was not the one I was provided with but it had all the amenities mentioned. There was an alcove spacing which was nice. The location was at a good distance from the old city, a bit far from all the noise but still close to reach anywhere within 15-20 mins. The buffet breakfast was good. Staff was polite and helpful. At night there was live music, so it had a night experience as well.

Great Room service, staff is helpful and polite. Food was really good, Breakfast was included and there were too many options in the breakfast buffet.

The management ensured that all our needs and requirements are met. Special thanks to Operation Manager, Mr. Kunal Jaiswal who made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The only area that didn’t quite meet expectations was the food. While it wasn’t bad, it was fairly average compared to the high standard set by the rest of the hotel. The menu could use a bit more variety, and some dishes lacked the flavor or freshness you’d hope for from a hotel of this caliber. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. I’d absolutely return and recommend this hotel — especially if you're prioritizing comfort, service, and a great overall atmosphere. Hopefully, the food improves to match the rest of the excellent experience. One of the highlights of the stay was the swimming pool — absolutely amazing! It was beautifully designed, very clean, and perfect for both relaxing and swimming laps. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. I’d absolutely return and recommend this hotel — especially if you're prioritizing comfort, service, and a great overall atmosphere. We had such a wonderful stay at Sierra! 🌸 I was here with my girls for my bachelorette, and everything about this place made it so special. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, always going out of their way to make us comfortable. The rooms are super aesthetic, cozy, and beautifully done. The pool is clean, safe, and perfect for relaxing, while the food is absolutely delicious – we loved every bite! 💯 It was truly a pleasant and amazing experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Definitely giving a big 5/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to Sierra and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable getaway

Spacious Rooms but Disappointing Restaurant Services and Location
The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, which was a plus. However, a few aspects affected the overall experience: 1. The hotel has a club on the top floor, which also houses the only functional restaurant during our stay. The music continues past midnight, and the atmosphere is more of a party zone, with people smoking around constantly. This may not be suitable for families looking for a peaceful dinner, though party enthusiasts might enjoy it. Prices at the restaurant are also on the higher side. 2. Breakfast services were very basic and disappointing. The food quality was poor, options were limited, and there was no proper service for tea or coffee. Items like milk felt diluted, and overall standards were lacking. On top of that, a few staff members behaved unprofessionally, even using slang words instead of maintaining a polite and professional demeanor. 3. The hotel’s location is quite isolated, without a lake view. If you’re visiting Udaipur, it’s better to pick a property near Chandpole, where you can enjoy beautiful views and step out conveniently.

Amazing breathtaking Stay
It was amazing stay with all the facility. We are on girls trip the property is safe and sound. The pool area lobby everything is clean and hygienic too. I love love the stay and the service. Totally happy. As this is my bachelorette trip to udaipur. The aesthetic view everything is on point.

I must say it was the best hotel to stay in Udaipur. The staff, the property is of the best quality and the rooftop is with a breathtaking view of lake pichola.
