This was by far the most frustrating hotel experience of my life. From the moment we checked in at 1:15 PM, it was chaos: wrong room allotted, no towels/soaps/dental kits, and no hot water. After repeated follow-ups, we were shifted from one room to another – 4 rooms in less than 11 hours – each with new problems.
One room had no hot water, another reeked of cigarette smoke with a broken exhaust fan (never fixed despite 3 days of daily promises), and finally, at midnight, we were forced to shift again because of suffocating smell. The last room also had issues – a split twin bed and again no hot water the next morning.
Reception was unresponsive, follow-ups went ignored, and even the manager admitted his staff “don’t listen.” Every fix was delayed, half-baked, or never done. We wasted almost an entire day just chasing basic amenities.
This hotel lacks service, accountability, and basic hospitality. I strongly advise avoiding this property – book a reputed chain instead.
