WORST SERVICE brought down the GOOD location and Average Room

Rooms were Above average, location Good. But Service was POOR. I had fist idea about service when I asked for extra pillow. We booked for 3 persons so ideally they should provide extra pillow without being asked but they refused to give it even when asked! NEVER HAD SUCH BAD SERVICE. Then next day asked for the Bottle opener and they REFUSED with excuse that they do not have it! SO BEWARE or get ready to open your bottle with car key.

Hotel did not even meet a basic expectation of a 4 star level. Poorly maintained property, Broken AC which stopped working mid night, water leaking faucet, swimming pool with dirty water and very limited menu in breakfast buffet

we have opted family room and it was way spacious and worth the amount spend, hotel was on good location and had a vibrant atmosphere, rooms were clean and service was top notch, however room ac was small and not enough for such large room rest all things were upto the mark. restaurant was well maintained and staff was very professional and active, we have tried buffe dinner and breakfast, allover it's was a pleasant stay and lastly swimming pool on rooftop was awesome with very pleasant scenes around!

The property is good, But the furniture needs maintenance for an example the drawer near my bed had a broken handle. The location is far from old city but the view from the hotel is good. surrounding is very good. quiet neighborhood. food is nice. if you are planning to stay you should include breakfast in your plan as the nearest breakfast place is 2.5 kms away. it is 5 km away from the old city.
