The hotel is currently understaffed, resulting in difficulties fulfilling guest orders. Furthermore, some king-size beds are fitted with split mattresses, causing guest discomfort.

Good stay but cleanliness can be improved
Overall stay was good Stayed for 4 nights. Below is my review based on that Room- It was good, comfortable bed, , had balcony and view of hill and also resort pool was visible. But balcony did not have any chairs . Had to call and ask for the same several times, then they provided- as per them chairs in balcony will be provided only as per request. Slippers were provided on request. Cleaning of room was not done properly in day time by housekeeping staff. Once they forgot to clean table where we had food. Other time they forgot to refill the coffee/ tea..then they forget to put toilet roll. once they just folded the wet towels instead of replacing with fresh once and kept the folded wet towel on the table. But on one call they do fix those but still its inconvenience. Food- Breakfast was very good. All the items prepared were good in taste. Also tried their inroom dining . Ordered- Nonveg platter- it was very good. Butter chicken- it was different but was good. Chicken Biriyani- it was like fried biriyani- average tasting. Chicken Khada masala- was not good. Service of restaurant staff was very good and food delivery to room was also fast. Resort- it has activities, pool, gym , spa etc. Resort is pretty good.. Ample parking space Location- It is on highway away from main city , good place if you have your own vehicle.

Except this.....everything is good
I booked a candle light dinner @10:30PM and they booked only for money because the kitchen closing timing was 11 PM. So they served us all food in one time. so all rotis are cold in some time and we have to eat that rotis that is also Maida Roti in place of Aata Roti. And then I complaint about this in early morning. The receptionist says "Sir ek minute rukiye mein abhi aapki sunungi" and after hearing she said ok i will see what can happen. It was really disgusting experience.

Average Stay
Property was good staff also polite. But gm of hotel was rude. This property is 10 km away from main city so no cab facility was available from hotel management. We suffered alot for cab, even we paid 800 fare for 10 km. Checkout time is 10 am which is also too early. There was no provision of early check in and late check out. So the hotel experience was ok due to property and staff only. Even the hotel had not enough guests so such a big property was looking scary.

He provided you multiple contact details of the taxi service providers but we regret that none were suitable for your budget and gave you the contact detail of the Auto rickshaws also but you are not comfortable in that and as you said that “gurgaon mai to pick up and drop hotel se free hota hai” We haven’t mentioned this inclusion of transportation anywhere, also you would have call us a day prior, we would assist you. However, it seems there was a misunderstanding, and we apologize if you felt uncomfortable during this interaction. Average stay considering the price. Can explore other better options
It was as expected. Average considering the price. Positive: rooms are of decent size and clean. Food was good. Negative: checkout time is 10 am which in bit inconvenient considering breakfast starting at 8:00 am. Really need to wake up early, pack bags, get ready, do breakfast, and make it to the time for checkout with family including kids. Remember guests come for vacation. Staff was really strict with timings indoor sports room is only for sake of marketing. No games were in working condition gym was smaller than half the size of their room
