Excellent location overlooking the city palace, the size, of the room is pretty big and excellent parking. All the important points are at walkig distance. staff is very courteous and very help to do the extra staff

Avoidable
Location is decent in old city. Only 2-3 rooms booked. Food staff were nice - though they didint have buffet avaialble- good food with variety was served. Leaking rooms,amenties not great

Unsatisfied with hotel
The lift was not working but we were given 3rd floor of the hotel, telephone was not there in the room, room cleanup was not done, T.V. remote was not working. The staff was good, they helped us solved the room related issues but the lift was not repaired during our stay o 3 days.

Good location at good price
Good location but the pool area was pretty meh, not like in the photos. there was paint chipping off near the pool. Room was good

Things were good, but very limited.
It was off season in Jun, we were the only guests at Hotel. Hotel staff is very humble 5/5 for them. Food, since we were only guest so everything was very limited, but taste was good so 4/5 Room etc 4/5 Technical things were poor, no option for card payment, only cash or UPI, printer was not working so bills can not be printed. 2/5 for that.

A very convenient location
If you are looking for a luxurious hotel at this price you may be disappointed. The hotel is located near the entrance of The City Palace, it's an old property. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom is small and the bathing area doesn't have glass partition with the result the whole bathroom gets wet and slippery. Toiletries were substandard, bathroom towels were clean but old. House keeping staff would enter with master keys, it compromised security. Complementary breakfast had limited choice it was not buffet but on order. The food was very tasty. Covered parking is available, if traveling in own transport it's very important consideration. Wifi is available but signal is very weak not accessible in the room on fourth floor at least.

Good Stay
It was a good stay, the best thing about the hotel is its location, this is situated near the city palace, shitala mata temple, and a walking distance for the vintage car collection museum, jagdish mandir. Overall a good experience.

familyWe found this property via makemytrip. The location is perfect. It is right outside the city palace entrance! the auto stand is right below the hotel so if you're going places, then this hotel is good. We ordered pasta and khichdi, both were good. The quantity of khichdi was less given the price. For pasta, it was good. The rooms are spacious, cable was not working but eventually we got the cable recharged through reception.

Terrible Stay
Bad experience. Staff are not showing any interest arranging/ help visitors to mmt customers. Attitude -make your own way. Didn’t get any food on check in. No lift although temporary problem. Minimum expectations not reached. Not fit for recommendation on mmt platform at such high price.

Poor Stay
Not good experience, wi-fi was not working on the 4th floor. No one was coming for room cleaning. Providing water in opened bottle, instead of bisleri water bottle. Bad experience

Location was nearby the prime site seeing places. Restaurant was closed but the breakfast was good and loads of variety.
