Excellent Stay
I visited Udaipur recently and stayed at Radission, indeed a great stay, family room size was really good, staff was helpful, we were provided early check in. The restaurant staff were really good, we enjoyed dinner and breakfast.

It was a nice stay and hospitality.The staff behaviour was good.It is situated in the centre of the city, airport distance was around 25 min reach and transport facility was easily accessible ,Room was neat and clean.

I had one of the worst experiences during my stay at Radisson. Despite confirming early check-in both over email and at the reception, our check-in was delayed, wasting precious time that we could have planned differently. I had also requested a small birthday cake for my wife’s birthday, which was again confirmed twice, but never provided. This was extremely disappointing and ruined a special moment. The scooty provided for local sightseeing was overpriced compared to nearby rentals and was in poor condition, clearly not worth the cost. The bathroom drain system was not working properly. Even after complaining, no one came to fix it for over an hour. The staff just kept saying “yes” to everything but failed to actually deliver on any promises. Breakfast was another letdown – with very limited variety and below-average taste, definitely not what one would expect from a hotel of this standard. Overall, this was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. Extremely poor service, lack of accountability, and unfulfilled commitments. I would not recommend staying here.

Enjoyed our stay at the Radisson hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help. The location is good and next to a Mall. The breakfast spread is good with many dishes and tasty.

Not good but not that bad at all ….. They need to do some changes as advised. Location is good. Food is average. Amenities and services also average….. not upto the mark for the brand. Facilities were not upto the mark. Need to get new towels

Room has no mini baar. And dirty wall dirty cealing ac not working. Staff has no manner how to talk with coustmer. Only one person is very humble and kind in the property his mr. Shivmani singh general manager. Overall not good exprience
