when i booked my room then they showed all facilities like T.v there but in that there is no facility of T.v and Ac not working, exhaust not working and staff behaviour so bad when i entered the hotel then they act like that there is no room for me and the room is different from shownig site That was very terrible experience to stay there

No dust bin, tv channels, ac not working properly, no hot water, electricity interrupt many times but not provided by the substitute, no clean bedsheet, no restaurant open, behaviour of staff, scooter provided but no documentation, extra night charge for scooter, no cleanliness in hotel and surroundings, even outside of the room, bad odour from pillow, no lock for the door of the toilet door., overall don't go for it

Hotels manager is very good.

Room cleaning pending when we checked in at 1 pm, basic like soap shampoo were unavailable at time of checkin, wifi at room unavailable, no restaurant only kitchen, tv not working, go local and u will find better option. I paid 3000/- per night per room, however neighbour hotel provide same at 1500/- dont use make my trip, no promises fulfilled.

The experience was not good as the hotel staff was not at all co operative and their service was worst. It was clearly mentioned early check in is complimentary but also took extra rs for early check in. The breakfast was bought from outside and only two options were available for that. It was overpriced and not at all worth it to spend this much money on such hotel!

I was visited on 7th nov to 9th nov very low rate and best services. Must must visit. Even check in also 1 hour early possible.

No dedicated parking available. Have to struggle a lot to find a place to park my vehicle. Service was also slow. Have to connect three to four times before we get towel and other stuffs. Room was clean but rooms were a bit old as com-oared to shown in pics.

poor room n hotel service, suspected mirror, lights, dirty used pillow cover n bedsheet, non functional bathroom lock, torn dirty bedside carpet, breakfats no buffet, tea in cracked tea cup. worst horrible stay.

Best service and kindly behavior

It was good property, located centrally in udaipur near to bus-stand and railway station. Room was good with good ambience. Breakfast was also very good. Overall good stay.

Hotel golden leaf 🌿 is best hotel to stay at Udaipur , service is best, rental bike and scooty 🚲 is available

Worst experience, very bad service, we resently visited, drinking water, bath shop, towel, hot water every think have to ask, also restaurant not open, breakfast bring from outside &served, no own parking facility, air conditioning they decided when we used, power supply on off in there hand, request pl check & than booked

Half the lights in the room are not working. Getting hot water is difficult, i have to ask multiple times. Drinking water is given in a bisleri bottle open seal with hotel water, didn't communicate this properly.

Happy to livecin hotel and staff members are very co-operative so they guide us for traveling & food also.. 😀

Cleaning of the hotel is good staff behaviour is also good but there is only one problem that light is going many times and generator is not turn on by the staff
