The hotel is located really centrally and walking distance from Dadar railway station. MSRTC bus stand for Pune/ Shivneri and other private operators is also close by. Plenty of city taxis and eateries/ restaurants around. Hotel rooms are good. We stayed in a suite and it was comfortable. On the day it rained, water seeped into the room which was surely bad since some of our clothes and bags with laptops electronics etc got wet. Good place to stay otherwise - but be advised that the rooms may let rainwater in so choose your rooms carefully. Hospitality was average. Nothing outstanding, they did the basics but some gratitude or atleast courtesy could have been better.

Nice clean hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Comfortable beds and good food. Good restaurants nearby. The bath tub entry for a shower is just too steep and a potential hazard while getting in or out. Needs to be addressed by the hotel.

They took half an hour to check in,The room was not checked before allotting me ,room was darty and then that staff said we chenge the room . after check in other room the staff asking mi silly questions..Which was not needed at all.

Our Rooms were spacious and hygienic. Complimentary Breakfast was good in Rasoi. We had lunch at Rasoi which was good with friendly staff. But Dinner at Muttuswami which is also next to restaurant was average, very bad service.
