The pillow was not proper in the room and not changed during the stay. Room cleaning and basic hygiene is not maintain in the hotel.

I have already submited my review while checking out and also discuss with reception staff. 1. No Toiler refiles of handwash,bodywash etc apart from reminders from check in 2. Fan and AC both are only on high speed and extra cool mode . 3. Very late response from Room Service 4. Food is good but service very slow 5. No one take ownership

Good location, poor maintenance and service

Although the location of the hotel is good our stay was not at all satisfactory. First of all the room was old and the quality of the pillow, bed and fittings were very poor. An incident took place where one of my friend went to the bathroom and locked it from inside like he is supposed to. But, due to the bad quality of door lock and hinges of the bathroom he was unable to open the door. Incidents like this can cause panic and unfortunate situation if someone is traveling alone. Thankfully after a struggle we were able to open the door. Also to add that our room had a bad smell and the room service was poor and took me to call reception 2-3 times just to get something. Food was okayish. Staff behaviour was satisfactory.
