Horrible Stay – Would Not Recommend to Anyone I had a truly awful experience at this hotel in Kurla, Mumbai. The condition of the property was unacceptable and far below even basic hygiene standards. Here are the major issues I faced during my stay: 1. The entire room had a strong, unpleasant smell that never went away. 2. Linens were dirty and clearly unwashed. 3. There were disgusting pan-spit stains all over the walls. 4. Insects were present in the room, making it feel unhygienic and unsafe. 5. The toilet was filthy and stained, showing no signs of proper cleaning. 6. Staff were extremely rude and lacked basic manners or hospitality. 7. Shockingly, there was cat litter in the corridor outside the room. 8. Stray cats and kittens were freely roaming inside the hotel premises. The whole experience felt more like a neglected shelter than a functioning hotel. I would strongly advise avoiding this place – it’s not worth your time, money, or health.

I have such a worst experience at this hotel, the behavior of staff is such a non co operative and they have no kind of ethicate to how attend to the customer, towel and soap given by many times to request, The room conditions is so dirty,full of mosquitos 🦟 and with many insects like chipkali in the bathroom area ,And so disrt in everywhere, I have no recommend to anyone 😕 🤮

mineral water ws given on asking, towel was given on asking, hygiene was not proper, charging socket was not given... for everything if customer has to call manager than there's no use for paying such hefty bolking amount to MMT. refund partial amount please.

Had to book this hotel as an emergency due to a late flight arrival and early morning transfer. wouldn't recommend anyone to book this. Very dirty, unorganised, pathetic location & zero service. A big NO.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Beverly Plaza in Kurla, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel has a welcoming ambiance, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always willing to assist with any queries or requests.

Worst hotel, terrible and very small rooms, chicken shop is beside. Do not go for 4. 1 rating, rooms are filled with mosquitoes, there is no staff.

The room was quite good in terms of cleaning, and also the price. The location of the hotel was good as it was near the airport. But the surrounding area was not good.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Actual rooms are way different then shown in the pictures. Whole area around the hotel stinks. They don't provide drinking water. They don't provide glasses. You have to buy everything. Staff was not supportive. Hotel is not on google map. So don't try to find it there.
