The room was not clean, and the bed sheet had stains. The walls were in poor condition, and the washroom was also not well maintained. The TV only had free channels and was not a smart TV. The staff was unprofessional, especially in the morning.

Average room service and smell all over hotel is irritated you. Food quality is very bad compare to price.

Very bad room .. toilet was not cleaned properly.. flush was not working .. room was not cleaned properly.. bath towel was not washed properly.. very bad experience

Size of room and bathroom were okay for my single occupancy stay. Rooms were not very clean. Bathroom was okay clean. Service was very good Corridors were slightly noisy during night hours which had disturbed my sleep.

Fabhotel fancy name, average amenities, good servic
I stayed July 25-26, 2025 at Fabhotel Orange Suites, Vakola, Santacruz, Bombay. The fancy name attracted me! The single occupancy room has one Queen size bed, two medium fluff pillows with covers, two small arm rest pillows, and white 200ply beedsheets with typical hotel housekeeping style quilt tucked inside a white bedsheet. One small laminated cabinet hangs around six shirts and trousers comfortably. Attached to it is 1-1/2 feet wide plank that has two small chairs. The 48inch LCD TV hangs above this 'table'. The SatTV has free channels and and few paid ones. I watched the third day's play of the 4th India-England Test. TV has good audio and video. No image flickering. Good remotes. The room has one non-functional phone. Room has adequate ceiling lights and a fan. The Llyods split AC was chilling cold. The bathroom size is 5x5 square feet. It has a small functional instant gyeser. The toilet flush and spray jet is weak. Bathroom light is dim. Entire bathroom is below average even for a budget hotel. The wifi is fast. Room service boys Mohammed Gulzar and Taufique and Front Office staff Pawan Tripathi are polite. Dinner, breakfast and tea I ordered was part from inhouse kitchen and from a restaurant nearby. Hotel is good for single male sales executives or marble traders The reception area of the hotel is narrow and small. Only two guests can stand besides the reception counter. Hotel is conveniently located between Domestic Airport and Bandra Railway Terminus, around 3 kms from both terminals.

very bad property
Very bad property, smell of mold, dirty, there was linen. Told front desk abt the linen they did not do anything.there was moldy smell in room all they did is just put air freshener. Wifi is poor, bed linen was dirty and with bad bugs

Medium hotel. Not good not bad.
property location is good, but going to santacruz station by 20 minutes walkable. Amenities are not good. services also not good. Steps going to first floor was very much height, legs are pain.

Excellent Stay
I arrived tired after a long journey, expecting just a place to crash. But what I found was more than just a hotel — it felt like a warm welcome after a cold day. The room was spotless, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles, and even the smallest details, like a neatly folded towel or a morning cup of tea, made a difference. I came for rest, but left with a memory.
