Review Of FabHotel RK International - Nr. Mumbai International Airport

Property is very clean and near to my working place. Near to US consulate and jio convention. Quite relaxing stay.

I would never recommend or stay at this hotel again. Despite booking with the Fabhotel RK International name, there was zero Theentire building was under renovation, and the disruption was unacceptable. Our room had no window, smelled bad, and felt unhygienic. The bathroom was bit small and old. We prepaid for two nights but checked out the very next morning.

Location was convenient from the airport but it's a one way road connecting to the city..The hotel rooms are small with no common dinning area as shown in MMT and also the front of the hotel is under-construction make it not a good stay.. overall I am rating average

Rooms are good but staff is not friendly. Very close to phoenix mall, and they overcharge water bottles.

Overall it was a terrible experience. The exterior of the hotel is completely under renovation/construction so from the get go it was difficult to the locate the entrance of the hotel with no clear signs. The hotel is on the first floor and there’s no elevator. The rooms are dirty and there were two fruit flies and two other flies just resting on the towels. The restroom smelled . The complimentary food is essentially a rs 300 coupon that you can use to order something with extra charges. The food is delivered to the room and for an order of noodles they didn’t even give fork/knife until I asked them. The pictures are probably digitally enhanced compared to what it is in actuality. Location is the only the positive. They are in serious need of hospitality management education.

First of all the property is completely under construction, so whatever is uploaded on MMT application is false, Lift was not working. Ac was out of control. Low grade service people. Showing in house restaurant but that was outsourced. Complete messed up. Location was pathetic.

Location is very horrible Very congested and basic hotel. No option for breakfast. Only one menu which you can't change. Room was very stinky not okay for business stay

Overall good but need to improve in the food quality. And room size was very small & room service need to improve.

I book hotel with All meal Options,they provide all on time but for water they will just give you 1 bottle free after that 30 rupees charge per bottle,I don't understand if i have booked a hotel with All meal than i will definitely required water as well with meal but they charge it seperately.

Had a Great experience. Close to phoenix mall and for the price it was worth it. Clean rooms and breakfast was good too.

Hotel undergoing by some revamping activity. Dusty and paint smell all over. Not clean bathrooms and hairs are here and there in bed.

Biggest complaint that I have is that website mentions restaurant but there is none. Size and cleanliness was ok but less for the price. Basic hotel for work trips. Bathroom, geysers and AC are good

This is a very basic hotel and nothing as shown in pics. Also, pricy for this kind of hotel. The food is average.

Stayed here for a conference, the staff was polite and helpful, cleanliness was ok. Location is close to the Phoenix Mall and airport which is a plus point for business syays. However tourist spots will require commute. There is no in house restaurant but there is one just across the road so it wasn't too much of a problem. Recommended for business stays. Value for money 👍
