Location was helpful. Half of the amenities like geyser, commode was not functional. There's issue with the cleanliness so avoid if you're going with patient. Staff and their services were good which helped us to stay there.

The service is not good, the towel is not good, the bedsheet is torn. The towel is torn, the phone is not reachable.

The property does not have a kitchen. Food is arranged from a roadside stall, and the breakfast options are limited to vada or poha, which are of very poor quality. The rooms and washrooms are unhygienic, with insects crawling on the floor and walls.

Stay is very good, we expected 2 beds for 2 members, but we got only one bef for both of the 2 persons, it's only uncomfortable or me

Water leakage throgh room wall & bathroom.. cockroach inside the almira & bed side..Noticed rat inside the room move around.

The room was very dirty and small. There were rats in the room. Proper housekeeping and maintenance was very much lacking. Pillow covers and bedsheet were not clean. Water was soaking from the wall tiles in the room. No locking system was there for the cupboard. Not a single chair was there in the room. Other amenities like soap etc. were not provided. Overall, the services and amenities provided were not worth for money and MMT Value stays.

Refered me to a different hotel 6km away I paid for a twin bed room for good space on the other hotel (Hotel Flora Inn) they had single bed and a hand worth of space from walls. totally trash place this is. this hotel, hotel boston and flora all are in touch and they refer each other.

Asked for some more tea asked 40 rs Where in my booking tea and breakfast included They bought breakfast from somewhere and gave to us.... Mentioned breakfast backside of door not available Idli offered but sufficient utensils not available Bed sheet ,towel, blanket covers were ripped I am so much upset

We got a smaller room not the room we booked. They told that the room we booked is not available and they can only provide us with an extra mattress in a much smaller room.

excellent arrangements... wonderful experience... brand new facilities... coordial friendly staff... one suggestion to provide man made tea along with complimentary breakfast. overall excellent experience... worth coming again

Nice place to stay location n all is normal. But i find some cockroaches around the room it will be good if you guys maintain about it.

Hotel Review – A Disappointing Stay in Chembur, Mumbai I recently stayed at a so-called "Super Deluxe" room in a hotel in Chembur, Mumbai, for ₹2200 per night. However, my experience was far from deluxe—it was worse than a budget lodge charging ₹600 per night. Major Issues Faced: Terrible Room Condition: The room was poorly maintained, with substandard cleanliness and amenities. No In-House Food Facility: The hotel does not prepare food in-house; instead, they bring it from outside vendors in polybags or wrapped in newspapers. This was highly unprofessional. Unhygienic Serving: Although food was served in steel utensils, I received my morning tea in a disposable cup—far from a "deluxe" experience. Pest Infestation: The worst part of my stay was discovering a mouse in my room. It was seen eating food on the tray and even on the bed, which was absolutely unacceptable. Customer Service Issues: I reported these concerns to MakeMyTrip Customer Care, but the overall experience remained highly disappointing. Final Verdict: This hotel is not worth the price and fails to meet even basic hospitality standards. If you are looking for a comfortable and hygienic stay in Chembur, I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. My experience was extremely bad, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel was pathetic,no proper responses from the staff,dirty everywhere,no water,only young boys & girls,loud noises,bad smell everywhere

The staff was good and polite , and the rooms were very clean, but they did not provide a good quality breakfast and if you want to order food from their menu , they provide outside food they don't have their own kitchen, and no nearby restaurants from hotel location

My stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. They charged an additional 800 and initially provided a low-grade room. Only after multiple requests did they change it. For breakfast, I paid an extra 200+, expecting quality food, but they served low-cost items purchased from outside, which were neither worth the price nor satisfactory in taste. The overall service was poor, and I felt overcharged for what was offered. Definitely not a place I would recommend for a comfortable and fair experience.
