Hotel is on the main road. It’s 20 mins from the airport. Rooms and washroom were clean but there is no window/ ventilation so you feel little suffocative. Property is new so recommend it to someone if want to stay for a day or two. Safe for girls. They don’t have room service. Only water is being provided at the property. For food there is a restaurant outside where you can eat but every outlet outside serves mainly non veg food. So if you prefer to eat at vegetarian restaurants then you might have to go some where else. There are many hardware and metal fabrication shop outside. Entire locality is like that. You will easily get auto for LTT railway station, British embassy, mmrda grounds, airport.

I went for visa interview, location is extremely convenient on terms of distance and travel means to BKC. Resturants nearby are good as well. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Did not get a chance to try the breakfast but it's pretty easy to get to.

Very good experience. Good behaviour by the staff. It would have been better if break fast facility provided by the property in its premises.

Rooms with bad smell, hotel with poor hospitality
Room & floor had foul smell & paint smell. Raised it multiple times with MMT, nothing done on that. Staff was unfriendly, no focus on hospitality(had to ask for basic aspects too)

good for the price
Comfy and tidy bed. Not very spacious but good enough. Clean bathroom. Was provided with a hand wash and towel only. No toilet paper or dental kit, no tissue box in room. You have to walk about 50m from hotel to get to your breakfast buffet. Food was good. Staff was well-mannered and helpful. Overall experience at the hotel for the price was good. But if you step out of the lobby door onto the street, it’s very dirty and smelly.

Excellent stay,good rooms,great staffs. The location was convenient , making it ideal for both relaxation and easy access to nearby attractions. Good place, clean rooms, but early checkout was not done due room unavailability. Also, they should tell upfront about the hotel that rooms are not available for unmarried couples and that losing the key will cost 500. Rooms were small but clean and the customer experience was not upto the mark

Its in a crazy crowded location so has really small rooms. Its relatively newly built but not much taken care of. I don't think any rooms have windows so be ready for a homely smell.

Affordable and clean hotel.
Rooms were very clean and hygienic. Staff is good too. Only thing is surrounding area is not that clean (typical Mumbai surrounding)
