Only stayed for one night, it was decent, location is gud

Budge hotel.. Value for money . Clean rom /bed /bedsheet. Breakfast is ok ok.. Service is fairly ok Building is old .. Food options available near by if you do not want hotel food ordered from outside.

The hotel is quite decent and the staff was helpful too. Would recommend for a short stay. We had ordered tea which was quite okay/ cold. It could have been much better. Rest the stay was good and peaceful.

Good service and easy to reach the location from Airport. I can recommend this place for a nice and pleasant stay

Excellent Clean rooms. Rooms are a bit cosy. Bathrooms are clean. Thoughtfull that they provided dental kit and Shaving kit. Good for travellers who need to visit BKC or Consulates for Visa and need good , budget hotels. Only minus is that they don't have in house restaurant. Swiggy and Zomato deliveries are allowed. But there are pure veg restaurants like Nityanand and Hare Krishna at walkable distance from the property. Property is just behind Lemon tree. They have parking. There is also a nice temple inside property primises. They have rooms on 4th & 5th floor. First 3 floors is different restaurant. Overall good experience. Staff is courtesy.

Very clean property. Helpful staff. Convenient for people going for a Visa. The staff is thought full and have made arrangements for ones stay to be comfortable. They offer affordable excellent stay around BKC. The property though making arrangements for food, swiggy and Zomato delivery also allowed, having a in-house restaurant would be a plus. Additionally they need to offer more parking space around the property.

Property is fairy good but surrounding not very clean and good . Location . Ok Breakfast absolutely a no no .. Facility is fairly good but the room we stayed is tooo small . Room interiors quite good ..

Good for VISA related purposes and a quick night stay at economical rates

Room was very neat and tidy. Only problem was that it was very compact which can’t fit 3 people. Hotel staff was very cooperative. Make my trip must not suggest such rooms as i have already chosen that i am looking for room to accommodate 3 people. Rest everything was excellent for staying 1 night.

Average room, poor service , not very clean & ideal location for BKC travellers.

The floor was noisy, even though I booked a superior room stay, but the room was compact, the bed was small, and the room service was really slow. They didn't clean the room properly even after multiple calls. But later, they cleaned (like I said, the room service and housekeeping were slow ) It was a safe place to stay even though other guests/ people were noisy, there was constant noise from the floor above the room. Food was okay in taste, no complaints about food. The best thing was the temple at the entry gate, really great vibes (though it was not a part of the hotel). Overall, it was an okay stay if you plan a short stay and for just one or two people.

Although staff is very friendly and cooperative and they take good care about cleanliness but here are some facts rooms are small if you are not used to stay in congested rooms it will be an issue the second thing is they don't have lift to go up-to 6th floor it ends at 5th floor then you have to go by stairs if you are will elderly people then this will be a trouble for them. Overall it was good to stay there for a night, I really appreciate the prices and services.

New property , but service was not up to the mark.Still lot of improvement required , Location is Ok as all food joints are nearby .

The hotel is just 5 mins cab distance from the US visa consulate and near to some of the famous eateries like Pizza Express and Hitchki. The standard rooms are a bit small in size and the service is a bit slow but it justifies the room cost. We initially had a few issues in our room like damp wall, cabinets and bathroom doors not closely properly even if the property is newly built but the staff was polite and they moved us to a bigger room so basically an upgrade free of cost because of the inconvenience caused. I would definitely recommend this stay if you are visiting for a short travel, embassy appointment, or looking for a budget stay with good comfort. It is right behind Lemon tree Kalina, has a temple at the premises and is well connected to the main road

WE STAYED AT GALAXY STAYS BKC FOR A NIGHT. THE LOCATION IS JUST 8-10 MINUTES RIDE TO BKC AREA. IT IS LOCATED JUST BEHIND HOTEL LEMONTREE AND IS NEWLY BUILT. THOUGH ROOMS ARE SMALL, THE UPKEEP IS GOOD. CLEAN AND COSY STAY AT THE HOTEL MADE OUR STAY IN MUMBAI VERY RELAXING.

The property was newly constructed... maintained neat... service was also good ... but the room size was bit small
