The hotel room was much smaller than expected based on the photos we saw online — it ended almost as soon as we opened the door. The bathroom drainage was completely choked, and the water wouldn’t flow at all. The breakfast had no taste, which was disappointing. The only positive aspect was the staff’s polite and helpful behavior. Other than that, this hotel is definitely not worth ₹5,000.

worst stay
Room was untidy.toiletries are not present.my this stay with them was pathetic.behaviour of staff was not good.

comfortable stay and reasonable price
Room was clean and tidy. Near to T2 international airport. breakfast options were limited but food tasted good.

Terrible Stay
The room is like a dormitory size. Pathetic. Either of the toilet door alone will close while using. Non hygienic interior designing idea.

I recently stayed at Indie Stays near Mumbai International Airport and had a largely positive experience. The room was well-appointed, modern, and offered a cozy ambiance that made the stay comfortable. The bathroom was clean and thoughtfully designed, and the bathtub added a luxurious touch — perfect for unwinding. One concern, however, was with the mini-fridge, which was leaking water. I had informed the staff, and while someone was sent to inspect it, the issue remained unresolved as the fridge was neither repaired nor replaced. This was a notable downside in an otherwise well-maintained room. The breakfast buffet was fairly minimal and could benefit from more variety. On the other hand, the in-room dining from the café was excellent — the food was flavorful and well-prepared. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff were extremely friendly, humble, and attentive, which added a lot of warmth to the stay. I had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect — close to all the major attractions and easily accessible by public transport. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, with good variety in breakfast and dinner. The amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and room service were top-notch and functioned smoothly. The staff was very friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile.

overall it was a lovely experience. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming right from check-in, which made me feel at ease after a long journey.
