Hotel Hira

When I reached MMCT, my taxi driver told me that it is not good for family, then I was really in worried but when I spent there two days, I realized that It is really a good choice for family stay also. Taxi driver wished me to take with him to another hotel to get his commission. Nice hotel with nice location staff is really so good and having politely behavior. Service was so fast and breakfast was also tasty. All were so nice. But the bed size was not enough for 2 adults and a child. When I asked about extra mattress, they demanded 900 rs for it. so bear in mind that bed is not so large as for 2 adults and a child.

Everything is good but lift is not available and stairs are straight

location was good near to Charni Road station and marine drive...rooms was also clean. Ac, Fan, TV working well. Staffs also good. The rooms were dark hello, that's the only negative & No lift...Good place to see the Old Mumbai & Architecture and street foods.

Hotel hira, location helps to reduce the over all travel journey. The room is clean and has all basic facilities. Supportive staff and help in keeping my luggage even after the checkout time and courteous.

Nice stay in hotel hira

Hotel hira is very much accessible to cs t railway station. Prime location. Very clean and maintained neatly. Friendly staff and management. Only downside is no lift as it is on 2nd floor.

There is no lift in the hotel hard to go on the steps and no ac remote to control the temperature in the room

Rooms which are provided to us were too small. As we had booked 2rooms, each room 3members. No place for extra bed. They offered us 205 & 208 as per booking.

I booked this hotel. However this hotel is very good in this budget and location is a complementary point. If you are booking it as a couple only for excursion or stay, this is good. But with the children i suggest not to choose because bed size is not enough to accommodate all. On the name of super deluxe i was provided with a small bed due to this i faced problems with children. Mainly if deluxe room is booked then breakfast must be complementary in this case. Overall good except i mentioned few a fore points.

Location very nice, room too small, cleaning best, service best, property best for location, there is no lift and rooms are on second and third floor so aged people not to suggest. For couple best room. Nearby by bar and restaurant available.

Room - very nice amenities - excellent safety - nil issues hygienic - excellent food - fast and reliable (separate charge) staff - excellent.

It got all the basic necessities with decent standards. Not the best but surely value for money. The staffs are courteous if you stop complaining about the flaws and ask for a workaround.

Very good experience, 24 hrs. Hot water available, clean and neat rooms, only thing is hotel is on 2nd floor and there is no lift, and small room size but nice service and most important location of hotel hira. Churniroad station, gurgaon beach, marine drive, etc are at walking distance.

The location is good. Cleaning is ok, although scope for improvement. Drawback is no lift. Overall good stay for a budget hotel in south mumbai

The room size is not proper and even rhere is not air exost aren in hotel. Strongly not recommended to anyone to stay there
