Terrible Stay
This has to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The rooms were filthy, poorly maintained, and shockingly unhygienic. To make things worse, I even noticed rodents in the room — completely unacceptable for any establishment claiming to be a hotel. The breakfast was equally pathetic — stale food, limited choices, and overall inedible. The service was just as bad — the staff seemed careless, untrained, and completely indifferent to guests’ problems. If you value cleanliness, good food, and basic hospitality, stay far away from this place. It’s a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

don’t book, worst experience ever.
I booked for 2 days during my Mumbai visit, Room was not sanitized, even after asking many times toiletries and towel was not provided, after one day I asked for change the towel but they denied by saying towel is available for one time only. Worst thing is manager, he is so rude

Average Stay
Room listed for two persons cam literally not accommodate more than 1 person. Bathroom had a leakaged basin. Breakfast had just Parathas and bread as an option. Not a good option overall.

there is no matching what is they showing in the app vs actual what they have. And doing poor service, its not worth about what they charging Location ok, but that property not worth as per price they charging And the images what they showing in the app which is not matching with actual

The rooms were not same as picture, It was very small the toilet were uncomfortable the flush wasn't working properly.

Good Stay
It's a very comfortable stay. Yes the hotel is overall small but very cozy. Good and clean washrooms. Good room service. Staff is polite too. Good budget stay. Just one thing to be aware of is that the location is on a busy main road of saki naka so u got to get off ur cab / car or get in quite fast in the busy hours. But not much of a trouble. Will totally stay here again if needed!

Never go for it
Pathetic experience; bathroom and bed sheet were dirty. Hotel cleanliness needs to be improved substantially. Room was very small compared to what is shown in the pictures.

Location is very poor.no person in reception.reception look like a dabha. Room is very small. Blanket and bed sheet condition is not good. This is a 2 Star property.

The Hotel Rooms are Very small and Not Much options in Breakfast. But the Best part is Communication. It's Okay for a overnight stay. Have checked-in 2AM and Check out next Morning 10AM.
