Awesome hotel .... one of the best hotel in santacruz mumbai .... cleanness and Staff behaviour was top notch

The stay was good ..They let us check in early.Room was good. The food was not that great. I didn't like the breakfast which was included in the stay.

Location is very good. They gave us a free upgrade on the room which was very sweet. did not try the breakfast so i'm not sure how that was. overall good amenities and space was very clean, which is important for someone like me with extreme dust allergies. i would recommend this place for solo or couple travel for sure. for a bigger family, you might want to book 2 rooms not one.

This hotel provides amazing rooms at an affordable cost. Rooms are hygienic. All amenities are present along with smart TV and all other necessities.

Very small room, staff behaviour is not good, half hour late, checkout and give me ₹500 and reception counter, behave, not good my breakfast is included, but I will pay this T payment

Food was not available at the as per timings and the rooms are very small for the tariff charged. The tariff should be low.

Great stay at MyOtel Santacruz! The breakfast buffet for ₹200 for two people was excellent—good variety and tasty food. The caretaking staff and ground-level team were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better.

On checking in the room allotted to us was not what was shown on their website as executive room. It was a tiny room without any windows with just 1 feet of space all around the bed. I had to argue and show the receptionist the photograph on their website after which they gave us another room very reluctantly which they claimed was their top rated room but it was no better than the executive room shown in their website which we had booked. Also there is no lift in the property. being senior citizens over 70 years of age we had to climb the stairs on the first day. On the second day we got a room on the ground floor. The breakfast was pathetic and very poorly served in a situation worse than a roadside dhabha. Also at the time of checking in they told me that breakfast was not included. I had to show them the voucher to convince them that breakfast was included. at the time of checking out they demanded extra 220/- rs. They said that I should check the voucher it was mentioned in it. I did not argue and paid up because the voucher was in my bag and I was in a hurry but when I checked my voucher later there was no mention of paying 220/- Rs extra. Another thing you should know that one day before checking in I got a call from them saying that the hotel was under renovation and they could accomodate me in one of their studio appartments nearby. When I told them that I had spoken to the hotel staff just the day before there was no mention of renovation. To which he said ok let me speak to my team and arrange something. Apparently the group managing MyOtel hotel manages studio apartments and service apartments. so. No lift, trying to palm off inferior rooms without ventilation and windows, very bad breakfast served in shabby settings, claiming breakfast is not included and taking extra money at checkout how ever small the amount.

Calm vibe, fresh food, good staff, and very clean space. Wi-Fi speed was great for work meetings. Close to airport. Ideal for work trips.
