MyOtel - Santacruz

My stay at the hotel was comfortable. Good clean nice hotel. Couple of improvements on breakfast menu will help. Location is also close to the airport and major work areas of the suburbs. One point is since the hotel is close to the airport, there is occasionally during the night significant flight noise while taking off /landing.

Rooms are good , clean however services can be improved. looks like value for money is the right word for the stay

The stay was good ..They let us check in early.Room was good. The food was not that great. I didn't like the breakfast which was included in the stay.

Location is very good. They gave us a free upgrade on the room which was very sweet. did not try the breakfast so i'm not sure how that was. overall good amenities and space was very clean, which is important for someone like me with extreme dust allergies. i would recommend this place for solo or couple travel for sure. for a bigger family, you might want to book 2 rooms not one.

New room and satisfy with quality of room, service person greets with smile, completely satisfied with room with this affordable cost.

This hotel provides amazing rooms at an affordable cost. Rooms are hygienic. All amenities are present along with smart TV and all other necessities.

Very small room, staff behaviour is not good, half hour late, checkout and give me ₹500 and reception counter, behave, not good my breakfast is included, but I will pay this T payment

Food was not available at the as per timings and the rooms are very small for the tariff charged. The tariff should be low.

Great stay at MyOtel Santacruz! The breakfast buffet for ₹200 for two people was excellent—good variety and tasty food. The caretaking staff and ground-level team were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better.
