The location was at a dirty place The rooms were smelly and no amenities were available in washrooms For a 3 star hotel and tarrif it was a terrible experience

Worst stay I’ve ever had!
Worst stay I’ve ever had! The food was terrible — absolutely no options in breakfast, just vada pav, pav bhaji, and one type of halwa. The washroom was unhygienic and not clean at all. No cleanliness, no food choices, no warm welcome. The listing on MMT mentioned a welcome drink, dental kit, iron, and ironing board — but none of these were provided. Totally misleading!

Terrible Stay
Very Smelly rooms, unhealthy environment, rooms full of bugs and insects. not able to rest even.. Very pathetic stay in my life. . Never recommend it to anyone..One good thing is staff are reachable, but what they can do if the management is poor.

Terrible Stay
I had booked a room for the previous day by mistake, the next day I was travelling with my family and we already reached the hotel late around 4 pm, where I requested the manager for any help that could be done so that my money doesn't go completely wasted... I requested as we were only going to stay for a while and will check out, some concessions from the hotel's end but they were charging me even more now.. I checked prices on MMT that's when he said meals won't be included at this price, we didn't want the mral included package already. The price on MMt was deluxe twin room and they gave us a below average room with no amenities.. I don't recommend this hotel at all

The hotel was terrible. It was shown to 210 ft.², but it was so much compact and the entrance was worst very unhappy with the study. Thank you.

Good Stay
stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, though a bit on the smaller side. room service was okay — nothing exceptional but met expectations. the highlight was definitely the complimentary breakfast, which was both delicious and grand in variety. there was a temporary water issue for a few hours, which was a bit inconvenient, but it was resolved. the location is prime, very close to the railway station and main road, making travel easy. staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay.
