    First the building looks like very old from outside without any display saying diamond express hotel and it is situated in very crowded street. Once we checked in, saw all the beddings were piled up in common area. After entering room, very hard foul smell was there in the room with cockroaches in every corner. We couldn’t stay for 10 mins also and we checked out. Don’t go for any fab hotels room. Ideally MakeMyTrip should reimburse the booking amount for hosting these kinds of hotels on their platform.

    First when I reached the hotel I saw a government notice stuck on the door Regarding some removal of some things then I entered the room Finding the room not as per the description there after while sleeping I found many bugs Cockroaches various other insects roaming in the room the total experience was not good

    1.Security issues :- No Proper access & exit.Very fancy pics on MMT & google but actually it's horrible.This hotel is on 5th floor only and there is no branding. 2.Rooms :- Suffocating,Smelling.No phone or bell to connect with reception or restaurant 3.Poor Service :- I booked for complementary breakfast but despite of asking for it repeatedly,they were not even bothered to provide.No internal restaurant in the hotel.     Good thing: Only room service was good and room was clean. staff behaviour was also very nice. bad thing: 1) The included Breakfast was literally insufficient 2) toiletry kit only contain 2 medimix small size soap. 3) bathroom door lock was not proper . If it is temporarily locked then you have to use the key to open it . and lock fitting was not at proper place my finger got cought in between the locking knob and the door side once. 3) The room size is too small for a single occupant also. if you have only a hand bag that also you have to keep on the bed. next room didnot have a table also if you order food then you have to eat on bed or in hand ✋. 4) TV was not working means it was useless . 5 ) first day the pillow was smelling very bad but next day got changed.
