Average Stay
Location and food is ok. But they should upgrade their service, like 2 water bottles, bathroom slippers and dental kit, u see these all are small things but a person who is traveling means a lot. If they start these small services for their customers it will surely help them more positive reviews and likes. I mentioned what i feel during my stay.

Make my trip looted is by charging twice the rack rate !

Room space is good but ac condition is very bad and room door is also not getting lock properly and room is so dirty

Mumbai stay
Location is good. Room condition needs to be improved. Bathroom doors were worn out. There were insects in bathroom floor.

It was very worst
Not good staff and location and rooms and everything was very dirty no ac was working no tv bed bug was there prices was too high as per service. Not suggest to anyone for this types of hotels. Very very poor service and facility. There should be many changes to be done in this hotel as per name given no single featured is there in this hotel poor poor poor poor service and management. We will never go again and will never suggest to anyone for this hotel yet are charging very for the rooms and after giving money also we are not getting device

Cockroach lalaland
It was visibly clean, but never have i ever seen so many cockroaches in a single room. At night i felt like they will capture me. But as it was matter of 1 night, i didn't change hotel.

Horrible stay
familyI booked a delux room hoping to have an extra bed for my kid. No extra bed (except with additional 1200 per day. No dental kit. Air conditioner was leaking water. Can't open windows since maintenance work was going on. Hotel room had bugs. Curtains fell off when i tried to open. Window safety grills were broken and loose. Car parking at owners risk. When i checked out i noticed a flat tire. A puncture guy immediately came over and applied water to find punctures. There were none. They tried to rip me off by showing false puncture places where there were no bubbles. I refused to fix it and just filled the air. I could drive another 500km without any issues and till date it works fine. All in all pretty bad experiencd.

Terrible Stay
the experience at the hotel was so bad. the ongoing maintanance work was so noisy and disturbing, we could not even rest and relax. the overall ambiance was also not proper w.r.t. the cost we paid. even the rates for the food were so high, doesnt seem to justify at all. the smell of paste control treatment was creating headache. overall this was the worst hotel experience 😞.

Decent stay at the heart of mumbai
It was decent property. Bit sultry, may be due to renovation work. Dinner was good. Decent breakfast too. Overall good stay.

Excellent Stay
Stay was very good the staff was really friendly they gave us early check in as well. Food was also good. Main benefit is that it is near mumbai central station so very easy in traveling through local so very happy stay overall
