The rooms were quite small but that's what is expected from Mumbai. The hotel restaurant food was really very good . Lacked little hygiene and cleaning practice. Rest best to stay as rooms are mostly in ground floor.

Staying is good

Room was untidy, and location is terrible. Kitchen is not well maintained. Hotel in slum area is not good for family.

A good place to stay for a night. It is 7km away from airport and just 500m from kurla west. Location wise, its great. The room is okay. It is a bit small. We were 3 people and staying a nitght was a bit difficult for 3. Rooms are good for 2 people. Ac, fan, tv, geyser work fine. There were mosquitoes, but we were provided two allout machines. So that's sorted. There was one cockroach in the bathroom though. ! various types of food is available. Staff behaviour is also good.

Location was on highway and access to all sort of transportation and other requirements. Food quality was good and hygienic. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Hotel staff cooperative and well behaved.

The hotel is in very poor area and also the conditions of the room is also no clean and good and staff is not behaving properly

Rooms are not cleaned as per the standard of any average hotel. Cockroaches were running around and beds were a little stinky. We used our own bedsheets to sleep. Cigarette smell at all over lobby. Won't recommend to stay with kids. Not good for people who has allergy with dust. Staff is good but the overall comfort was never seen.

Check in is fast but room is not clean, room have insect inside, stains and hair all over the room. The food served is also tastes bad.

Very bad experiences there was power cut, ac was not working, also there was water shutdown in every morning i want compensation.

The stay was very bad the staff was rude. There were just cockroaches all around. The toilet seat was broken, the tap was rusty was was not fixed properly the cleaner on calling 5 times then came to give room service. There was no telephone in the room to call the room service. It was a terrible stay

The hotel room is no clean. And at first there was really bad smell inside the room. There are dust all over the furnitures. Bedding set is clean. Room service and foods are really well. And the location of the hotel is really perfect.
