Hotel Hometown - Near BKC

Hotel Hometown was a very bad experience. The location was extremely poor, and the rooms were dirty. They told me that no regular rooms were available and asked me to pay extra for a bigger room — which I had to do out of compulsion. The food was also terrible and served cold. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Cockroaches. No restaurant. Staff is polite. No windows. Expensive food. Food comes from outside and quantity was an issue.

This hotel is too good all rooms are very nice and the staff behaviour is very good all the staff are very nice.

1. No hand wash & toilet paper was provided in toilet rooms. 2. Rain water leaking from the multiple places of roof.

Room was congested and no window and no fresh air was their. Ok for one night stay if visiting for us visa. No nearby good restarunt for breakfast and dinner

Can i change my hotel for tomorrow because this is not worth of 6000 rupees room they don't have towels for now they are seeing tomorrow tomorrow you will gate towels and unmarried couple not allowed ?

It was like a complete closed room, no ventilation and all. And the price for those sort of room being very high.

The following property which i booked with maketrip costed me 40% more then price which they are offering at less price. How come it can be happened. I would request you and compensate the balance.

It was mentioned that it is 700mtr away from hinduja hospital. But it's 6km away. Now good foods available nearby. Surrounding area is very unhygienic.

Its not a value for money. 10*8 rooms, not cleaned properly. They have menue but they served out sourced foods(seems like road side, very poor quality at more than twice price)

Service is not good i can’t get the room on time. Am waiting there around one hour. Early morning time we can get the coffee

Good team, nice response. Whenever we are raising concern, good response from reception. Suggestions for improvements: 1. Need to verify all facilities like phone, tv and ac's working condition through check list before allotting room to customers.

Hotel room is too small i couldn’t breath properly so i checked out early from it and it is tooo ugly and boys behaviour is too rude

The hotel home town is located in very mass area the complement breakfast offered by the home town hotel was were bad and worst
