Property is on main road and easily accessible. The rooms are also maintained properly in comparison to the other hotels available nearby. Washroom was clean. The staff also offered water, towel and soap.

They should provide the correct location. I roamed in a cab for an hour and still couldn't find the place. I even called the hotel but got no help from their side. Since it was a pre-booking, my money got wasted. No apology, nothing. Not recommended at all.

Location is very very poor, unhygenic and completely chaotic. Amenities and services were worse. Rooms are too small and staff is rude.

Worst experience, even water was not available for the washroom and toilet. no cleanliness nothing. A lot of cockroaches were there.

Hotel condition is very bad, ac not working properly, no cleanliness no hot water wifi not working no supportive staff tv not work properly very congestade size of toom, blanket is soooooooooo dirty. I suggest you should remove this hotel from your list if they will not improve.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The property looks good online, but the reality is entirely different. The hotel is poorly maintained, with unhygienic conditions and a severe mosquito problem. The staff behavior was unprofessional, and the service was almost nonexistent. They have an attached restaurant with equally poor service—our food took over an hour to arrive, and the prices were inflated. For example, an item listed at ₹100 was charged at ₹150. When questioned, they simply dismissed it as a "mistake." The worst part was the bathroom, which was in a horrible condition. Large worms and insects were present, making it completely unhygienic. When I raised this issue with the staff, they casually replied in Hindi, "Baju me nala hai na, sab aata hai, tension mat lo", meaning "There is a drain nearby, so these things come in. Don’t worry." Such a response is unacceptable. This hotel is neither worth staying at nor safe for guests. I strongly advise against booking a stay here. It was quite good spacious room. Receptionist and all the support staff were very gentle and polite and reachable! had a very good stay at hotel golden sagar

Location was good, but room was small and congested with no ventilation at all, bathroom light was quite dim. Overall stay was average.

The rooms were perfectly cleaned, beds were neat too. The bathroom did have some cleanliness issues. The hotel workers were rude if asked about wifi password and other things
