worst hotel service......even they won't provide a water bottle also ........worst hotel i had never bee these kind of hotel. I request to make my not to suggest these kind of hotel service at all

neat and clean room ok 6th floor of a residential building. i have stayed at their borivali east accomodation before but this one suits me more. caretaker bheem is a nice person and cooks tasty food. you can leave your luggage and pickup later in the evening. check in at 12 and check out at 10 am. strict timings. overall full value for money. will for sure come back and recommend.

Location what we have booked that was not given. Poor services and breakfast was not available on time. Very pathetic experience.

The room and toilet was clean. Ac was good. Bed was comfortable. Location was easy to find. Theres a smart tv as well.

Building is very shabby. It was written on the entrance as boys hostel and service apartment. Not good for guests travel-ling from abroad. Food was ok but they have fixed menu and options. In pics dining table was shown and it was not there. Misleading information was given. I wanted to visit the room but they kept saying guests are there and didn't show me the room. Will not recommend it to anyone coming from abroad. Surrounding was very shabby

The property is good, evry thing near by, i find this property through make my trip, food what they providing is good, except t the lift. Most of the time lift is under breakdown, request to do the proper regular maintainance to avoid such break down, and rest of the thing is very good,

The location is very accessible. Room was well maintained. Good service by the care taker, quality of the food was tasty and homely. You get both veg and non veg based on the requirement. Worth for money.

The host's politeness made for a very welcoming stay. Being in a residential area offered a peaceful atmosphere. While the breakfast could use some improvement, it was still appreciated. Overall, the apartment provided a decent and comfortable experience. I would recommend this listing for its value and pleasant host.

Not called for breakfast,not good behaviour.. we have time for checkout..I have late by 30 min they are stuck at the door..thats not good behaviour.

I tried to contact the hotel number which is mentioned on here and the hotel management is very rude as well as i was selected the one area but they sent me somewhere else in same area

Very good location. Care takers are very good. Very good price compare to hotel. The room i stayed had kitchen and common room. Next time would stay other rooms.
