Stay was very comfortable. The amenities, cleaniless, ambience, location is excellent for the price. Prompt and well mannered staff are also to be appreciated

The bathroom and toilet were separate and conjusted. It will be separate was not mentioned during the time of booking

The issue was that there was no towel available and the towel was dry, than i went to washroom there was no soap available, and even there was a mosquito in the room too much and bad smell also in the room available

I have paid 3000rs per night for 3 people but it is not worth it because there are mosquitoes who are your sleep partner, there is a locker but without keys, they are taking 3000rs per night but not giving that kind of service

Location is ok, food is also good, room is average staff is also good, baathroom is not cleen, hotel its good.

show other rooms and provide another room that was unexpected. Bad experience and washrooms also common

Very bad experience i have to check in late night they don't answer call they don't have parking there is no manager bad customer service room is very bad gaurd is very rude ready to fight i have to suffer

Literally i had a worst experience there. They didn't allowed me to check in, they said it's only for boys and i have booked the hotel with my id, they didn't even refund my money. They hotel manager says to speak with make my trip customer service i also spoke to them they said the hotel manager is not refunding the amount. Such a fraud hotel, there rules and regulations says couples are allowed and it's only for boys. I don't know how, i tried lot of times to call the hotel and manager but they aren't responding my call and they didn't refund the amount and the hotel manager says you can book room again in our hotel but you need to pay full amount. They are completely fraud they are not even trying to solve their customer issues and didn't refund they amount.

Nice place to stay with good food and staff is also good. You will get homely food and a great service by the staff

they are create room in teres as a extra room and they gives us that extra room which was not good and also worst room ever I seen ....

Worthless in terms of price

First of all the location is not known to even auto drivers, local peoples so it's to hard to search this. I spent 2 hours and 3 auto rickshaw for this location. The staff is not cooperating. There is no facility available from the listed once. No hygiene, no ironing, no power backup, nothing good here. Even you can't get the good drinking water.

Good location, but little confusion ( location is goregaon west or malad west). If coming to malad west, people may get down at local railway station malad and avoid goregaon local station. Lots of traffic 🚦, auto wala refuse to drop at goregaon station because of traffic. ( not sure, but malad local station may be better station to get down) Food is good, breakfast( but didn't get lunch at 2.30 pm) Amenities are good. Services are good. Staff is honest, hard working. In toiletries add hair oil. (Liquid) which was not available even on payment. ( rs 20 only)
