property's location is good. but the room size they gave me was very small.

The location is fantastic. The rooms need lot more care. The wall near the dustbin had splashes of dirt, the ceiling of the washroom was full of mold. Apart from that, there room service and hospitality is very good. The gaurd downstairs is very good too and liked the food.

not recommended for travellers.. especially for girls

Location is quite remote neither a pharmacy nor some good eating places. The stay was quite unpleasant as the room was terribly bad with fungus everywhere. The bed was smwlling of cockriach and even the bathroom roof from which shower was handing was full of fungus. The entire aisle smelt of smoke. The food was also bad in taste and high in price. I got very bad loose motions from eating the food. Overall I will recommend not to stay here at all. and delist from Make My Trip as otherwise MMT name will be spoiled for giving bad recommendations.

The rooms were really clean and tidy, the staff was prompt and helpful in solving every query and the manager was extremely polite and humble, giving a well rounded and delightful stay experience.

Had a wonderful stay at Grace Galaxy, Bandra. Clean rooms, courteous staff, and great location. Perfect mix of comfort and convenience, would definitely recommend

Horrible manager/owner adding rules by himself. He asked us for extra money because a friend visited us. Very disrespectful man. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Can get better properties in same price range like Hyatt Centric or Novotel. Horrible experience.

Good location It is centrally located and everything is very close by.

Rooms are leaky and dirty. AC does not work. Breakfast is not good.

Everything is smelly there, even water is smelly there, cannot have a brush or a bath also in that smelly water

The experience at staying in Hotel Grace Galaxy was good but it could have been better if their food is also good. It should at least be average. The dining hall is also not upto the mark with only one AC that too in such a big room with glass windows on two sides without curtains. It was too hot to eat there.

The rooms of the property are good, service is good but their area for breakfast is sub standard. It's too hot there in the breakfast hall and the food is also not upto the mark.

The location was the best part. The room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was quite less though.

Grace galaxy location is centrally located & front desk staff is really helpful
