Stay is horrible washbasin in the room are broken bed shhets are very old and in a very bad position braekfast is also supplied from the market and not good

worst service, worst rooms. very ver dirty and bad smell. i never seen this type of rooms. completely waste of my money and very much disappointed. family suffered alot. worst rooms, worst washroom, some bad smell, worst service. After booking for 24 hrs also without seeing that came and knock the door at 2am to vacate the room. I never seen such a worst room in my life. I was with my family and my kid was effected with that smell. As i paid for 1 day I stayed there. Next day morning immediately I shifted to other room.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life here. The room was in horrible condition – dirty walls, stained bedsheets, and a terrible smell that hit us the moment we walked in. But the worst part? Cockroaches crawling all over the room! They were in the bathroom, near the bed, and even around the luggage area. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable for any hotel, no matter the price. When we informed the staff, they didn’t seem surprised or even apologetic. The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly before we arrived. Basic hygiene was completely ignored. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you value cleanliness, comfort, and basic respect for customers, stay far away from this hotel.

This is not a hotel at all. it runs solely for couples on hour basis.. horrible experience

location was good. room wasn't cleaned even once . cockroaches all over the place, even on the bed . the lift system was very old and outdated I bought 2 cans of spray for the cockroaches . AC had no control or remote .

Hotel approach is not good, locality wise always odour comes of fish Market, this property needs good maintenance.

Such a third grade hotel highly disappointed. We didn't even stay there. Kindly refund our money. We have then booked one home stay from make my trip only which is also not up to the points it has mentioned

The staff at the reception was courteous and helping. Room was ok for nights stay. There is no in house restaurant but breakfast can be arranged by staff. Anyone requiring early morning tea around 7am is an issue. No early morning tea. Overall can recommend for a short stay of 1 or 2 days provided u are ok with breakfast after 8am only. Another good thing is that its close to railway station and a nice veg non veg restaurant besides it known as ratnagiri. However, am not sure whether i would suggest this to family only because of the lack of in house restaurant. But for solo definitely would suggest it.

Such a terrible stay. No electricity, rude staff, and just horrible infra. Would never come back, never recommend

Improper maintenance. Broken ac without remote, broken chair, no hangers, torn bed sheet, very old fittings. Poor room service. Food of poor taste and quality, no morning tea, cold and insufficient breakfast with cold tea( breakfast is included in rent)

Very bad hotel, ac not good, room not clean, bed non hygiene, toilet is very poor condition, they are not offer breakfast, why you are choose n this third class hotel, staff beabihavour is very rough. You have taken the money for breakfast from me, i did not get the breakfast, let me return that money, otherwise i will share it on social media, and it is surprising to think that such 420 hotels are associated with you. Your service is gone please stop this scamming business as soon as possible.

Pathetic and deplorable condition of the entire property, including reception atras, lift, lobby, corridors and room including washroom.

Staying hotel was very bad. Coutch was broken & after repeating telling also not got changed. Big cockroach was in room. Bathroom no hot water was available. Toilet sheet was borken. Water was not coming in tap. I did not get for 2 nights as coutch was broken and making noise in night.

Rooms were not clean had horrible feeling, will never go there again. Location was near to the station

Hotel staff was ok, but rooms were not so clean, bathroom was not upto mark, at this price hotel was not just ok.
