You need to make the food better
The menu food quality is very poor, tasteless.. Room service was not that good.

Excellent Stay
Great Hotel in MumbaiGreat location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The Room and Bath Room is very clean .The quality of Service is good. The Break fast also good. The break fast provided by them is South Indian or North Indian with English , Egg, Fresh Juice ,Milk and Coffee

Good Stay
Location of the property is good. But for rainy day there should be more covered area for the portico to ensure wetfree ingress and exit from cabs. Food is good for the money paid. Employees are decent. Not luxurious but comfortable.

Location is good nearby Metro station. The availability of vehicles for travel was there. complementory breakfast food was tasty. Room service was also there. Aminities provided are good only problem is of room size. The space around bed is not proper.

Rooms in pathetic condition
The room was in a pathetic condition. I travel-led for business purpose. The rooms are not clean. There was having hairs on the floor. It was filled with cockroaches and mosquitos making it impossible to stay. I would never recommend to anyone.

Terrible Stay
I was allocated room no. 111 which is in the corner and shady. Mosquito den got repellant after multiple requests. Ac vents make loud noise, no hot water inspite turned on geyser one hour prior. Missed breakfast because the intercom phone was not working. Avoid even if u get it free.

Worst experience and no cooperation from hotel staff as i have confirmed my booking with a particular big room and was given a small room on arrival and told to adjust and won’t visit this property again. Worst service and hospitality

Good hotel
It's good, clean, very helpful staff, very close to airport and some good restaurant on walking distance and if you don't want to walk then they have buffet inhouse facility in cheap price. There is small market on walking distance called pipeline market, over all i would recommend this hotel. And would stay again if get better prices or discount. This time i paid 4100 for one night so it's not bad price for mumbai.
