worst experience ,no windows,very small room,dirty pillow and bedsheet,poor bathroom condition

Location good near by station. Amenities not proper. Food to be bringing outside . We have ask for services.

This is not a hotel to stay at with family. The area around the hotel is smelly. The behavior of the hotel staff is not right.

very non clean hotel with a small size of cockroaches. ok also book complementary breakfast but I didn't get it . ok book for suit room but I get normal dirty room

room is small in size. location is in prime . no lift . AC isn't that great . it's very old. no remote of AC. staff behaviour is avg.

The hotel is in another location but google is showing another location. My 1 hour was wasted to search the hotel because as per google or address the hotel was not there then after i got the room, i entered there were lots of cockroaches and mosquitos, fan is not working. Very bad condition.

Never ever book this hotel. Worst maintenance. Were in paid 12000 for 6 days but i didn't stayed 20 min also in this hotel. Makemytrip should enable refund or cancellation police for this hotel.

Worst room condition and quality not worthy at this cost to stay here. Don't choose this hotel for stay, hotels everything was worst in condition. Such a pathetic experience.

Baht ghatiya jagah hai, galti se mat jana, there is no ventilation in rooms as well as in washrooms also.

Location was deserted and in the small and deserted streets which didn’t feel good. Hotel was on first floor so you have to take your bag with you. Room was too small. Room didn’t give the good vibes. Staff’s behaviour was not good and they talked rudely and i had to take my bag with me from first floor. The environment of the hotel and nearby was giving felling of unsafe but there was nothing unsafe but the feeling was there. I would not be recommend the hotel for couple.

Wall tiles were not cleaned from years, crokroches / inspects were running on beds. Room was ultra small

I was found this property, but rooms was not good, door was broken and behind the door there was too many cockroaches.

The hotel staff did not let us go inside individually as i came first to hotel and requested to let me go first and i'll wait for my girlfriend although booking was done 1 day before and i try to checked in at 5 pm. Later at 8pm when we checked in it was too much of cockroaches, room was very small not worth it at that price.

Hopeless room with price room was very narrow even not space to walk two person in room. Toilet flush was not in working condition. Blanket n pillow was dirty….bed cushion was extremely dirty.

Very bad infra, too compaq and suffocated rooms and bad behaviour or hotel staff. I checked in and try to adjust as i pay money but after 1 hr i give up and leave hotel immediately because it is unbearable to stay at this hotel. Dont suggest to anyone. Hotel team not return my money also.
