The very problem started when we reached the hotel and denied check in as they had internal water supply problem. I had to wait about 20 mins till i could get connected to the human voice at mmt explained the situation who arranged a alternate property for us. The property was not worth the price paid. Rooms were as small as can be, my wife had her feet outside the bed, dirty linens, one towel and one soap for a couple, no drinking water, ac not working, tv remote missing, food was not as expected. Now that you degraded our booked property where is the difference gone? bad experience and our valentine day gone completely wrong. I can go up for a whole day. But i think it's enough mental torture we had. That's all for now.
