Good safe happy staff comfortable beds clean bathroom good tea and everything went smoothly no problem

Dirty Beds, Towels, No Resturant, Strange Staff and understaffed, used for shady and illegal Bussisses work.

Hotel, location and staff were great! We left some documents on reception and they were kind enough to courier those to all the way to haryana.

Very bad hotel as location wise/ac not working/interior design poor. Rate 3000- not acceptable. This type hotel rate should be below 1000-

It is quite a disappointment. There is no board that is visible from the main road. The access to the hotel is a tiny lane that barely fits a small car. The provided facilities are poor in quality. Bed-sheets and bed covers had holes. Intercom facility was not working. Ac had a leakage.

Place is a little inside from the main road but the rooms are decent. They should provide better towels. Noise from the the other can be heard.

Spacious and clean room with balcony, clean toilet, good staff. Had a great time

The very problem started when we reached the hotel and denied check in as they had internal water supply problem. I had to wait about 20 mins till i could get connected to the human voice at mmt explained the situation who arranged a alternate property for us. The property was not worth the price paid. Rooms were as small as can be, my wife had her feet outside the bed, dirty linens, one towel and one soap for a couple, no drinking water, ac not working, tv remote missing, food was not as expected. Now that you degraded our booked property where is the difference gone? bad experience and our valentine day gone completely wrong. I can go up for a whole day. But i think it's enough mental torture we had. That's all for now.

The hotel is in a very dinghy location. Probably okay for single people for a short stay but definitely not for family. There no clear board to locate the property, the staff did ask for extra money for early checkin, there is no places to eat nearby, and its very noisy at night. Plus the room service is pretty slow moving
