Via Ashoka Inn

I stayed at FabExpress Ashok Inn, Asalpha (Mumbai) and I’m not satisfied with my experience. The rooms are very small and congested, hardly around 150 sq ft or less, and not suitable for families. Outside food is not allowed, and the in-house food menu is quite expensive. They also don’t provide room service calls — for everything, you need to personally go to the administration desk. The breakfast options were very limited (only pulao, upma, or idli sambar), and the overall service was below expectations. Not recommended — I give this place 1 star.

I stayed comfortably 3 days here.The Managers were so polite and 24 hours they were available. they availed me Gst bill and everything i asked. Also you can find any kind of shops and markets nearby Services - 4/5 Room -4/5 value for money -5/5 Location -5/5

Good for solo travellers and couples alike. Staff were polite and helped us with directions. Nice interiors and good lighting in the room. The staff made the check-in experience seamless. Peaceful environment made it perfect for rest. The property felt safe and well-maintained.

Very quiet place, perfect for a night of rest. Check-in was easy. The room was basic but comfortable. No breakfast, but shops were nearby. Good hot water in the shower. Staff was polite. A decent place if you don’t need luxury, just a clean, private room to sleep in.

Hot water was available at all times. Local commute was super easy from the hotel. Nice interiors and good lighting in the room. Lift and other amenities were well maintained.

property was clean and areas that needed attention were quickly fixed. room is small but manageable. Breakfast option is available but after 9:00am. window was not there in room alloted to me but option of shifting to room with window was given by staff. staff was cooperative. reasonable stay. can add table and chair in the room

Cleanliness is very poor as they will not change the towels.Even the mattress and covers were not fresh.Landlines were not working and every time I needed to go downstairs using the stair to get any service.Breakfast included in the booking but they dont even care about seeving anything in the morning.Totally poor service overall.Since i have paid full amount in advance adjusted 2 nights without proper sleep

Supportive Staff: Quick check-in, polite behavior, and helpful with local guidance. What could improve: No Window: I missed having a window or outside view—it would’ve made the room feel more open and airy. No in-house dining: While food delivery was easy, having a small café or room service would have been more convenient. Overall: A safe, clean, and peaceful place for solo travelers. I’d recommend it for anyone looking for privacy and comfort with good basic facilities.

The stay was overall excellent. The house cleaning was on time, breakfast was on time, all the toiletries were provided.

they have a breakfast timing of 9am. they won't provide it early or switch it with snacks. I wanted to have tea in the evening instead of morning and that was not provided.

I had a miserable stay at this hotel. The room conditions were nothing like the photos It was infested with mosquitoes, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the furniture was broken. The bathroom was filthy, and the room lighting was dim and depressing. To make matters worse, they denied us breakfast despite it being part of the package. We were also forced to wait 1.5 hours past the check-in time, just sitting at the reception. Overall, a terrible experience — I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

stayed 2nd time for a week as a solo traveller as its near to my office and just nearer 100 mtr to asalpha metro station. no food but outside food is allowed. small rooms with all said amenties . and good polite staff
