Hotel Urban Comfort

It was not a hotel. Unclean space. Terrible garbage. Sharing washroom. Dirty washroom. Torn bedsheet. Tv not working. No water to drink. Unsafe property. Goons are drinking and fighting right outside your room for whole night. Terrible experience

Property's location was very near to metro and easy to reach. Services was also nice.

In urban comfort hotel too much coming bad smell, too much mosquitoes, insects, not hygiene and not clean too bad smell coming

i am stayed only one night and I can't sleep duo to insect 🦂🪳🦗🐝🦋 and many other things no ac working and low class room not clean and no higine please make my trip please look into this seriously and remove this hotel

Insects were around, bathroom was not cleaned , bed sheet ,pillow cover was smelling, NO proper instruction of fire exit in case of emergency.

It was quite worst experiences over there , they didn't gave the room which we booked , . Due to certain reasons , I Checked in late , despite giving booked room they're arguing that rooms can't be booked by seeing pictures. Also sounds are coming from Neighbours room. Highly not recommended any one to book there

Rooms were not higene....washrooms was terible and bedsheets that were used are also...very dirty....

Unfortunately, my stay was very unpleasant. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and alcohol, despite being listed as non-smoking. The smell was strong enough to give me a headache and made it hard to relax or sleep. I contacted the front desk, but the response was minimal and no alternative room was offered. Cleanliness and air quality should be a priority, and this experience was far below expectations. I won’t be returning.

Bed sheets was little dirty and room was very tight but according to price it was best and ac was also best so it didn't feel much. For adjustable and cheap can be entertained

baathroom are not attached in room and tv fan is not working this room not cleaning at housekeeping 😕 so I am really sad for this service

There were insects on bed. Bathroom and toilet is shared on the floor. Didn't expect from mm t to provide service like this.

The patheticness of the hotel can't be explained in words. Ceiling is broken. It is located in slum. Its very suffocating inside the room and reception. They don't even provide soaps and if you want they charge extra. Staff is also very inactive. No telephone service
