I’ve stopped writing reviews for hotels, but this is a special exception. It’s the little boutiquey things that make this hotel stand out. Things like exceptional decor, making the bed more than once a day, leaving local snacks in the room for me and that personalised service where everyone knows your name. Loved the rooms, loved the hotel, loved the snacks and service. Good size rooms with all the bells and whistles. My room lacked a little bit of natural light, but apart of that, loved the stay and would love to check out their other rooms!

familyRooms were decently sized. But room service and food left a lot to be desired. They don’t serve tea as a part of room service, so the only tea you can have is what you have as a part of breakfast. And the breakfast spread was quite poor and not upto the mark for a 4 star hotel. Many of the items in the breakfast were quite cold

I had the most wonderful stay at le sutra! the architecture is so unionist- we had the ashoka room and i was smitten by details. The location is amazing and the breakfast is delicious too! you have to try their french toast! highly recommended if you’re in mumbai for a short trip

Cosy hotel with the right basics

soloIt is a small cosy hotel, so do not expect large sprawling open spaces. The rooms are focused on indian art. There is no gym or pool, so fitness enthusiasts would have to take a few minutes' walk down the road to reach carter road and run along the coastline, which offers serene views. There is a solitary restaurant, out of the blue, which offers limited but quality food for breakfast and other meals, albeit the service is a bit slow. The service was slow even when i requested for a dental kit at the reception. And the worst-ever thing is the wifi! it never connected in my room. The signal varies across the hotel, and i got it the strongest at the restaurant.
