Hotel Maharana Inn Chembur

They have charged to me for early 1 1/2 hour check-in. Service is also very poor

Though room service was fast, rooms are so dirty and was stinking. the front desk executive who was handling check out was damn slow and was not having any expertise in customer service. In spite me. stating him that my cab has arrived, he take his own sweet time and doing auch other task. Breakfast should not opted here. no option and worst taste.

Clean rooms, clean washroom, Good Service. Nice hotel for couple of days stay. Location is near to railway station.

The food is very good and the hotel is neat and clean , a peaceful stay for 3 days , location in a good place all amenities are very near the chembur market , metrol station and etc .hotel staff very police and professional.

Good for Solo. Rooms are very neat with all amenities provided. Reception is Smile and smart. Room service man is cooperative, having good manners and duty minded. Hotel is in prominent area for transport. Breakfast is tasty. The hotel has its own restaurant called KAMATH which is suitable only for North Indians. Room rates little less after new gst slab Thanks Maharana inn staffs and room service.

The overall experience was good. Room, bath room, amenities were all good. However there was only one person at the main reception handling check in, check out, room service request calls, food order calls, settling grievances and attending external phone queries for bookings. He seemed bit overwhelmed. Caused a bit of delay at check in.

This property is located at prime location and easily accessible from any direction of Greater Mumbai. Very good good quality and Hygienic food served,Very cooperative staff including Bell boy. The very special room was allotted. Tea kettle with all sachet provided. This was my second stay, definitely I will stay in October next month for the first fortnight. Anand Tamhankar.

It was a good stay but not the best. The hospitality and customer centricity should be enhanced. Also the food options are limited

Good experience. The only thing is that I asked for iron multiple times, but it was unavailable. Otherwise, all things were ok, the room was well prepared, I had no problem in staying.

Bathroom size very small. Water drainage system in Bathroom worst. Rooms very old and aged but now Plastering. Hotel restaurant good. Price little costly. RECEPTION VERY COOPERATIVE. NOT A COMFORTABLE HOTEL STAY. ONLY FOR EMERGENCY. Room selected: Deluxe room cost : 4000+ Hotel tea Best for ₹59( with Gst) for single cup. For Full vegetarians hotels preferable

Pls don’t book this hotel they are non cooperative. No hot water and the service is very pathetic. They charged me for bed spread which got bit dirty due to kids..... very rude management and they need only money and don’t bother about clients.

Situated in a good location, clear property. Bathrooms are too small in size but hygiene is maintained.

The hotel provides only veg meal.Service department should be more customer friendly. Veg items though of good taste.

Property is located in an ideal place, services were above par excellent. The food served was yummy and the amenities were good.
