amenities, hygiene and service was quite good. Behaviour of staff was upto the mark and found remarkable.

Although the room was comfortable, the quality of towels provided was extremely poor. There is a dire need to replace bath and face towels and when asked for a fresh set, they were of equally poor quality. That was rather disappointing. Request to work on this feedback and make necessary changes.

Rooms are very tidy, service is quite good. Good behaviour and fantastic food.

Excellent amenities and well maintained infrastructure. The only issue i faced was that the wifi password was not promptly provided and i had make repeated requests to attain the same. Very decent staff and food is great as well. Definitely recommend.

It was an overnight stay and good items in breakfast and timely availability. No need of waiting to check-in even at 02. 40 hrs.

It was pleasant stay with jewel of chembur, i thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hotel manager and rest of staff members have been very supportive. I wholeheartedly appreciate everything except the mattress as it got a little hard, may be old one. On the other aspects the hotel was wonderful.

I had visited this property with my team and had booked four rooms, the stay was good with decent sized rooms and beds and clean washrooms. The breakfast spread was good enough as well, with some nice freshly cooked items on the menu. The reception and housekeeping staff was courteous and welcoming. Would surely visit it again and recommend as well

Beautiful place surrounded by the main market of chembur. Nice, clean and well maintained ambience. Offers variety of food items from its restaurants. Otherwise also place is surrounded by several well known eateries. Very polite and courteous staff. Had very good experience. Highly recommended.

The rooms and the corridors stink of drainage or toilet, plus no ventilation in the super tiny washroom. After a bath the washroom gets stuffy and starts smelling damp and smell doesn’t go away
