The rooms do not have proper ventilation, all rooms have smell. The bedding have not been changed and are dirty. The reception is not friendly and have a very shady environment. they do not provide towels on request . overall a bad experience.

We didn't stay in Fab express Raj palace as water gushed into the hotel and they denied for the stay there. It was very poor hotel.

Based on MMT listing, it mentioned that it is newly built, but truly, this is very old. Used bedsheets and pillows, no tissue or soap (mentioned these are included) as per the facilities. Water included, but they charged 20 rs. They told if free water is required, then they will provide municipality water. Not maintained as in photos. Came to stay for 10 days if hygienic, but did not even sleep one night. I shifted to another hotel. Never opt for Fab brand.

I reached the hotel and waited there for 30 minutes to check in. They have asked me to pay extra 400 Rs to allocate the room or otherwise they will provide some hotel in the interior location. So I paid and stayed there for a night. Worst facilities. Didn’t expect this from make my trip booking

Location is good. But breakfast not served. Lunch served as per order. Room is very small but cleaned. After keeping luggage, there is hardly any space for movement. Charged Rs.30/- per bottle of 1ltr. water.

The rooms are too compact, the breakfast is subpar, and they don't even provide two water bottles per day. Considering the lack of basic amenities, I believe ₹1000 per night would be a more reasonable price.

i have checked in hotel, they have given a room where so much of noise coming whole day and night, even they not served water too and service was not good, the price for hotel for stay in the price range is ok. its actually a shop and they converted into hotel and room are very conjusted.

room was small but had everything in there like ac, bed, TV. the room had an attached small bathroom but I would not refer this hotel for someone who needs a quite and peaceful place to spend their night. I was not able to sleep at all in the night. people keep on making loud noises the whole night. there was a loud TV noise. ongoing traffic noise made it a worse stay.
