Sir service is not working, morning 12. 50 pickup and drop the bhuntar now. What is this? this is cheating with us. No discount. Refund my total amount for travel booking. Other wise i complain to you near by police station and go to court. Our drop point manali you drop the bhuntar what is this. This is not fair

Extremely terrible experience. Following are feedback: 1. Initially check-in was denied as huge rush was there & hotel wanted extra cash. 2. Door lock was broken. Not rectified even after complaint to reception. 3. Bedsheets was not changed. 4. Even room wasn't cleaned after last check-out and before alloting room to us. 5. No packed mineral water was given instead water was filled from tap and kept in room. 6. House keeping person never came even after multiple reminders. 7. Location & locality of hotel is not good. 8. Don't recommend to anyone.
