It was horrible experience. We were cheated. Room was very small. No elevator in the property, adjacent rail track. The area was very bad. The room was not at all worth - and they claimed it as a 3star property in MMT which is a lie again. We couldn't stay there for than 5mins. I want my refund, I strongly accuse MMT for not verifying the property and enlist it. The hotel is a complete cheat, they make people fool and take money. I want my refund.

⭐ Very Disappointing and Worst Experience Ever! I had one of the worst stays at this property. The experience was completely opposite of what was shown in the photos. First of all, the TV was not working, and when I informed the staff, there was no proper response or solution. The washroom had a very bad smell, making it uncomfortable to even use. The overall cleanliness was poor, and the room didn’t feel fresh at all. The biggest disappointment was the room size — the listing mentioned 195 sq. ft., but in reality, it was much smaller. I feel I wasted my money by booking this place. It’s definitely not worth the price they charge. The management doesn’t seem to care about guests’ comfort or feedback. I would strongly not recommend this property to anyone. Please check the place properly before booking

unhygienic location and poor quality hotel

The area is stinky. There is a public toilet right next to the hotel which stinks. The room isn’t as shown in the photo. It’s congested and the there is no view. The walls were damp, bathroom was mediocre. And basic soap and shampoo sachets are provided with is below par for they charge. The area is not serviceable by instant deliveries and cabs did not come for pickup on Sunday. The area is very shady and unhygienic

i came to Mumbai for a night stay, as I was searching a few days back and found this hotel which is ideal and suitable. The location is ideal as I wanted gogo to sion got some work plus not far away from airport The room Is neat and tidy and service is prompt I would definitely recommend a night stay. Do not believe in the pictures of rooms. By seeing the rooms I have decided not to stay there with family, even after I paid the full amount in advance. Smelly and congested rooms, no lift for a 4 storied building..Not recommended for a families who consider safety as their first priority..

The room was great, and the service was very nice, too. Breakfast was also good, with food delivered to the room. It is a small building with 4 rooms per floor, but it is really nice. The rooms are also neat and clean. The bathrooms are small but well kept.
