Don't get exited offer on makemytrip you know reality only when you reach

Breakfast is brought from street wendirs. Requested something got something else. Non smoking rooms are horrible to breath even for 5 min. No proper room service available. You have to request multiple times for any small thing. Completely unprofessional untrained employees. You see the first receiption person as if he had no sleep or bath for the last two days. Never include breakfast in your package, instead you go out eat outside lot of regular tiffin centers available.

Pathetically stinking Rooms with out foot mattress - voicing creaking fan with no vantilation and sunlight in rooms. Bedding’s are teared and smelly with bad hotel cleaning back up - no toiletries and hygienic towels - dirty dustbins and door with out locks ! What else you can think of ! I was staying recently but don’t recommend to any one to stay there.

The pictures are deceptive for a business hotel. The hotel is located in a shady area and during rains the water level goes above knee level. The hotel does not provide basic things like iron, shampoo etc. Also, the room alleys are very narrow and the lift is quite dangerous
