Average Stay
Room had some toiletries missing. There were a lot of flies on the property and in the room. There was only one point of entry through lift to enter the property which got blocked and had to wait for a long time until someone closed the door and lift became operational after that.

Poor Stay
Multiple room available on there, but Management given small room and Staff behaviour also not good with us ,because of online booking.

Warning Tone: "Scam Alert – Avoid This Hotel!"
My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room provided was of very poor quality, and they were charging extra for an upgrade — but even the "better" room was far from satisfactory. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Additionally, I’m disappointed with MakeMyTrip for listing such a substandard property on their platform. The hotel staff asked me to pay double the amount to upgrade to a pool-view room. However, the window in that room was extremely small, almost like a box, and it was blocked by the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. The entire setup felt like a scam, and the hotel was clearly overcharging guests. I would not recommend visiting this hotel, and I suggest avoiding MakeMyTrip for bookings if they continue to list such misleading properties.

its too good and we stayed for 4 days everything is fine
its good we stayed here for 4 days. we liked it and staff helped us a lot.Desk is also very supportive. they given one extra bed to us and given little bit large room

Poor Stay
The hotel location was quite difficult to reach as it is situated too far inside. Unfortunately, there was no pantry facility available and even basic essentials like towel, soap, and a complimentary water bottle were missing. Overall, the property is fine only for a basic overnight stay, but improvements in amenities and services are highly recommended.

Excellent hotel .. good staff ..newly built property..adjacent to chembur railway station and many bug hospitals and very easy access to many restaurants and South Indian foods
