Rooms were dirty. Lacks basic amenities. Location is good but the rooms feel suffocating. Room service is poor as well

Location is very good. But entrance is very bad n shabby, insufficient amenities and arrangements as shown in your site not matching . We are really very much shocked because your tariff is too high . As per your tariff we think it will be better but not upto the mark .

I stayed in clean and spacious newly renovated room. Bathroom is clean and hygiene is maintained well. Located near Dadar station. Staff is friendly. Highly recommend

A normal ok hotel with basic facilities. The only accessibility is by lift..in case of emergency....And the lift music is irritating. Everything else is ok, station close by

Terrible Stay
This hotel is absolutely terrible. It looks nothing like what was shown. The service was extremely poor — I had to ask three times just to get a glass of water. The staff was rude and completely unbothered about the needs of the guests. The rooms were dirty, not cleaned properly, and the bathroom was in a horrible condition — it smelled bad and the toilet wasn’t working properly. This place is a total waste of money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it if you want a decent stay.
