Had a comfortable stay. Location is good. Bedsheet provided was torn but replaced by the housekeeping. Room is clean and tidy. Hygiene in bathroom and toilet well maintained.

The rooms weren’t clean, the service was very rude. There was constant bickering of employees outside of the rooms, that penetrated in the rooms throughout the night. Also found a cockroach one of the nights

Worst behaviour of staff. No one even bothered to open the main door of the hotel even when i was struggling to enter with my luggage. Rooms are very unhygienic. Torn curtains which makes the sunlight enter the room directly and makes the room very hot. Torn and dirty bed-sheet. No lift. Bathrooms are dirty. They don’t even provide with a bottle of water.
