Nightmarish stay, complete wastage of money.

Entry to hotel so crowded. Amenities worst, even flusher of bathroom not working. Water is tap coming very slow. Room cramped to move. No dental kit, newspaper provided as assured. No facilities of drinking water. Food very expensive, double the rate what is available just outside the hotel. Connecting railway station also far away. Surroundings filthy and garbage dump. Most horrible experience with my family members. I even complained to cancel the booking after reaching but only room was changed.

During two night stay. Room were not cleaned. Exta money of 600 was charged for early check in. Unhygienic bedding. Small rooms. Changed room and an extra 1000 rupees was charged. Strongly did-not recommend.

Room lock are broken, they are not providing any towel also, shower also good. Some insects also roaming in bed, wardrobe also broken. If you open your eyes inside room everything is horrible and broken.

The hotel was was good and the location was great for travelling. Rooms were also spacious and comfortable. The owner of the hotel was totally freindly and helped us by giving early check-in, but the person siting on the reception (front office manager) he is rude and arrogant man. Dont even know how to treat a guest. Rest all were good
