No facility in the room like cupboard tables lights. Dirty rooms. No ventilation. Dirty bathroom. Dirty bed. Everything is bad.

Nice experience but the only problem was locality.It is not good for family or girls travelling solo.For cabs you have to go outside to the chowk.

Rooms are very small and bedding is not clean. Pillows and metress are hard. Overall cleanliness is an issue.

It is quite central but honestly the hotel is advertising with wrong pictures, i had insects and cockroaches in my room, the shower and toilet was rather disgusting, the bed lining was full of stains and needed to ask for 3 times to get fresh linen, etc. . The price and location is good but you need to be aware that this is really a big compromise to take here.

Hotel very poor and hotel staff no manners

Good experience, polite staff, neat and clean rooms, i will recommend this hotel to all. One suggestion: all customers should use lift instead of steps

Hotel located just opp the pf no 18 exit gate. Rooms are very small and bed is single bed not double.

Very bad. Cocroach was roaming in bed. And actually bed was not available. Means very very thin bed was available.

Pathetic entrance of the hotel. The hotel looks like abandoned building and it may collapse at anytime. No lift facility. The walls are having cracks from inside. The sizes of the classic rooms are like kabutar khaana. Condition of the toilets and bathrooms are like general toilets of market. No ventilation in the room. There is always rotten smell like sara ha and a inside the rooms. Acs are not in good condition. Cockroaches and rats play on the dirty beds.

First of all hotel receiptionist denied entry stating reason as booking amount is very less. They charged me additional 30% of one day room charge as i reported at hotel at 0900 hrs instead of 1200hrs. Also when i i formed them i will come at 1200hrs they said we wont be able to give u room. If u want room pay 30% more and take room. They also advised me never to book through makemytrip

Your hotel manager did not accept booking. I made enough attempt through the phone number given. He did not agree. Where will i go at 11pm. Pathetic services by mmt and the party. I had to pay again for booking. I have recorded everything and will take this to media to show how people are cheated.

I have visited a lot of places, but this particular deemed really sad. No timely check-in, no proper place to wait, while they were delaying the checking-in and said they still had to ready the room. There was no provision of food, and/or an internal kitchen for food. The balcony had towels on a rope, which looked really awkward for a balcony.

The property is at good locality. Safety is good,

Very bad experience. Room was very bad and dirty. Washroom was vey bad any not clean. Blanket was very dirty and smelled

They charge very high price in comparison of service provided

Rooms were very small and for a twin sharing room bed was very small too, entrance and entire floor was full off bad smell of rotten fish or any dead animal, repeatedly asked to change the rooms but they didn't, washroom were too full off yellowish tint and smell, hand shower was broken of one toilet and one toilet had no option to lock the door from inside. Hotel had no fooding facility. Makemytrip should blacklist this hotel or it's my suggestion to future travellers please never book this property else your trip would be absolute misery.

Room without window. Cot size is not enough for two person. Away from market place. Day or evening hired cars do not agree to go this side. For food or other things, even for a cup of tea you have to go for 10-15 minutes by foot only, no alternative. Only advantage is near 18 no. Platform. Easy to reach for express or mail train anytime by foot.
