Terrible Stay
The owner of the property Rekha Sharma is extremely bizarre and rude person. She changes price as per her wish. I booked a hotel directly with them and they gave me price the next day I assumed the price to be the same they call me up at 2 when I was in the office and told me today’s price , pay amount or leave. How can some one change the price with letting you know, what she cares is only about money she is extremely rude person. She will ask you to pay taxes and commision of mmt in cash to her. What she cares is only about money. And the rooms are below par no cleanliness. Please do not visist this place.

The guest gave us the above review as retaliation for not giving him a discounted rate. He would extend his stay day-by-day and not inform us of whether he was leaving or staying till the evening of each day. Had to chase him for every single payment. Till date, even after writing such a bad review, he keeps calling us to try and book an apt with us. Why would anyone go back to a property when they thought the stay was so bad that it deserved only a 1-star review? Obviously, the review given by the guest is a completely fictional story!!
Landmark homestay needs a landmark displa
businessWhat they offer should be clearly mentioned. They do not offer food from their own kitchen. But the host's representative is prompt to bring anything at anytime. Land line shared were not picked up. Ask the homestay to share host's cell number last and not the least the homestay has never put up its visible signboard a bit difficult to search the property rest was good

Good value for money plus a very helpful and responsive management team
coupleGood value for money. Situated in a residential complex so thats a good vibe. The caretake mr. Yadav and management team and responsive and helpful. Had issues with the floor not being cleaned properly and mosquitoes, they did address it promptly. Overall, i would recommend for families and couples.

businessWhen reached hotel caretaker's room was closed, it was 1-hour wait for searching caretaker, phone no mentioned on the caretaker's room, nobody was responding. Caretaker behavior was not polite to have no sympathy. Worst experience with this hotel.
