Neat and clean room. customer service is best. Food if good quality and happy with services. propert location is near to railway station.

Very shabby room, small and continuous smelling like someone is smoking cigarettes. Very costly looking at the room. You will get same room and given tarrif in Lemon tree. Very limited option in food.

Hello 🙏 I got very bad service, hot water was not available, there was no towel to wash the towel in the bathroom, there was liquid in my hands, I thought about it, then the staff gave a rude reply. Even when the hotel was new, the service was not even 1% there.

Hotel is close to Borivali station. Staff was helpful. Their in house kitchen serves delicious meals.

The rooms weren't that clean aur properly hygiene..also the entrance of the hotel was also smelling very badly..overall experience was very bad as we compared with the other hotel at the same price ..

There is no proper water pressure in the washroom and also no more options in breakfast

Stay and food is good. A bit cleaning need to taken care of room deep cleaning also dental kit and comb kit can be added.

It was good. I have taken two rooms, Room no. 802 & 803. In room 803 no water served, no water drinking glasses given, the toilet was not cleaned. Please take care your workers are working properly. Also in Room no. 802, the kettle was not working.

The reception is on 1st floor and the receptionists are very slow and rooms are also not too good for the price

Room had a smell of smoke.I complained twice about it. There were a lot of mosquitoes in room which disturbed my sleep. During my checkout I asked for sandwich which they don't provide but on request they provided me sandwich and some fries for my journey along with water bottle. I would like to thank Mr. Anurag for his assistance.
