Room was small for the price. Even local hotels provide 1ltr 2 complimentary water bottles they gave 500ml. Food is pretty expensive. You would get a better and bigger rooms for the price you pay.

Good location..I love too stay hear always.food was good .but to costly..nice rooms..super clean..near by Dadar station.

Poor Stay
Stay was not pleasant at all. No restaurant. They served breakfast in shed like hall. Smelly . Cold sambar and not very tasty food.Rates are like 5 Star hotels. Not worth for money.

Excellent Stay
The stay was amazing. Best part is the accessibility - it is very close by from Dadar station. The locality is good and it is on the main road - can easily get cabs or buses to commute anywhere. The staff is very polite and courteous, they take care of all the needs. Prompt service. Room is good and spacious for a city like Mumbai. Clean and hygenic as seen in the pictures. I would consider choosing this place for my guests whenever they visit Mumbai.

The bathroom was stinking of pee and poop. the rooms are not worth the price. no breakfast included. single occupancy around 8k. Additional 1200 approx for double occupancy. The exhaust wasn't working either. I would not recommend Bawa Regency

businessFlush not working, hotel asked to use bucket and only fixed the flush after i refused. They charge for even providing an empty plate to have food. Not willing to even offer water bottles in the room. Pathetic stay.

The rooms were ok. Slightly congested for 2 members. There was no restaurant. They replenish only 2 small water bottles, and keep 2 large water bottles in handy but priced. Coffee is worst and very very costly and still the chef doesnt modify it in-spite of complaining. Since there is no restaurant, most of them ordered from outside but they are charging high prices for even a couple of plates and spoons. We stayed for 5 days because i had a conference around that area. But this is the only hotel which seemed to look decent from outside in that area. Overall an ok experience. Not great, though
